Myself Vigneshwaran, currently I'm 24 and I'm a working professional. When I was around 14 years old in school, I learned SKY yoga, kayakalppam, all Types of Meditation like, Aaginai, Santhi, Thuriya thavam, seven chakra meditation, mirror meditation, and nava graga thabam, that's all I can remember it.
After leaving the school, i cont. These SKY yoga exercises for about 6months, later started skipping all these things due to college timings and after college Immediately joined i. Company and it is like Mechanical CAD design Job, just like IT working environment. Sitting all day in Chair. Now after 3 years of working I felt something is missing in ky life and that is physical activity. So I do jogging everyday and that's not completely satisfied. A sudden spark came up that I am Diploma student in sky Yoga once upon a time, let's do it again, surprisingly even though I forgot exercises, my muscle memory regained those SKY yoga basic Exercises very soon and only order of doing thing were shuffeled, then I found those SKY yoga books in Website and oreder it. Now I'm doing initially exercises only, later I'll surely come back completely to meditation and all those thing That I have learnt earlier. I would like to Thank my Yoga teacher Mrs. Buvaneswari Mam wbo taught us the Valuable vethathiri Maharishi SKY yoga.
